The idea of the Cluster
The Automotive and Machinery Upland Cluster Organisation was established as a voluntary agreement of scientific institutions, business environment institutions and entrepreneurs expressing the will to cooperate for the development of the automotive and machinery industry and related industries, as well as increasing innovation and competitiveness of regions in the key area of the industry.
The goal of the Automotive and Machinery Upland Cluster Organisation is to create a cooperation platform that will allow its participants to effectively connect and use the potential of universities, research units and business environment institutions as well as local governments and enterprises to facilitate transfer of knowledge, experience and innovation between Cluster Members.

Lublin Automotive and Machinery Upland Foundation was a partner of the conference organized by the City of Lublin Office and the Lublin Science and Technology Park S.A. under the name “Lublin Automotive and Machinery Upland – Engineers for Lublin”
On 1st October 2018, the Cluster Management Board resolved to allow the company “Port Lotniczy Lublin S.A.” to join the Cluster.
On September 24, 2018, during the Eastern Europe Initiatives Congress, a panel discussion “Industry 4.0” was organized, the partner and co-organizer of which was the LWMiM Foundation.
On 24 August 2018, the Cluster Management Board resolved to allow the company “Puławski Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Sp. z o.o.” to join the Cluster.
On 4 June 2018, a meeting of the Foundation Council and the Cluster Council was held at the Lublin Town Hall, during which the actions taken so far were summarised and a plan for the subsequent six months was presented.
On 25 May 2018, the Cluster Management Board resolved to allow the company “Laboratorium Badań Materiałowych “LAB TEST” Sp. z o.o.” to join the Cluster.
On 25 May 2018, the Cluster Management Board resolved to allow the CTNT Polska Sp. z o.o. to join the Cluster.
